Hello to all my cat-loving friends! I’m Eilene, owner of MeWow. 5 years ago when I began planning MeWow, I couldn’t imagine what I was in for. Opening to such a huge community reception still tugs at my heart, closing after a few short months due to a pandemic, then trying to navigate through the aftermath of it. Little did I know that a small cat café could bring such joy and comfort. The teacher truly became a humbled student. Because of this, my goal now is to make MeWow a non-profit therapy cat location. That will be a few years in the making but it will happen. Join me and help me on this journey. As always THANK YOU FURRY MUCH!

Hey there, my name is Mariah, I'm a cancer, and my pronouns are she/they. I've always had a passion for animals, and when I rescued my FIV positive senior I became completely dedicated to cats. Outside of the cafe I enjoy crafting, circus arts, tarot and spirituality, baking, and a good brunch. When you visit, I will most likely be here!

Hi! My name is Ava, I currently attend college. I have 2 very cute cats of my own and have always found a love for the furry creatures. I love cooking, snowboarding and playing video games. I'm excited to meet you at the cafe!

I'm Karla, Eilene’s daughter. I mentioned the idea of a cat cafe, and a few years later here we are. When I'm not attending college at the University of Scranton, I get to hang out/work at MeWow. I’m a huge animal lover of all kinds. Like a cat, I’m not a morning person.

Hi! I’m Karly and I’m a student at Penn State Abington. My love for cats started very young as I grew up with 2 and have adopted another since then. I love to paddleboard, hike, and be anywhere where there’s water. Look forward to meeting you at the cafe!

Hiya! I'm Rachel. My soul was accidentally dropped inside a human body instead of a cat body, so taking care of cats is as close as I can get to purr-fection in life. Though sadly, I don't have a furry friend of my own at home. Yet. Aside from cats, I enjoy things of the nerdy and artsy varieties, like Harry Potter, resin crafting or creative writing. I look forward to meeting you at the cafe!

Hi, I’m Lauren! I’ve lived in Doylestown for most of my life. For college, I attended West Chester University and earned degrees in Marketing and Management. My passion for cats began after visiting the Bucks County SPCA as a little girl. I saw the cutest tabby kitten and BEGGED my mom to adopt him. He was my family’s first cat and he quickly converted us into a cat-loving household. Aside from cats, my hobbies include gaming, art, fish keeping, and baking. I also love meeting new people and chatting about cats. So with that said, I’m looking forward to meeting you at the cafe!

Hi, I’m Steve! I recently moved to this area and am still learning my way around.
Over the years, I’ve had several cats, or should I say, they’ve had me. My first cat was a big ball of gray fur, Bobo. Next came Roger, a gray and black striped tabby. Boy, did he have a personality! One day, Roger brought home a friend. The next day, he tried to kick him out but that orange tabby refused to leave and hence kept him as Clyde. You can find me a MeWow Café Friday and Saturday mornings.
